The Assembly of Catholic Bishops’ Parish User Group Insurance Program is intended to provide cost-effective insurance coverage to third parties renting parish facilities for common activities including but not limited to meetings, fitness classes, celebrations, weddings, baptisms, and cultural and social events. Coverage includes liquor liability for events where alcohol is served. This coverage can be purchased by the users through a secure online portal where they can quote, apply and pay for the coverage. Paper applications are no longer accepted. There is an option within the application form to include an email address for the church. If this is included a copy of the certificate will automatically be sent to the Parish once coverage is purchased. A rate schedule is attached which outlines the cost for various events.
