Use of Catholic Church Properties as Voting Location

Jonathan Batty confirms that Elections Ontario will continue to use the attached Polling Place Agreement. The attached polling place agreement is acceptable, and the use of any other version of an Elections Ontario polling place agreement is not acceptable. This agreement obliges Elections Ontario to be responsible for claims that arise from their negligence when using your properties. There are other enhancements in the attached agreement which are not included with their standard agreement.
